Overview
Your inbox is the nerve center of your operations, allowing you to monitor all guest conversations and the activity of your AI Agents. Your inbox has two main view: All Messages and a more-focused Needs Attention view, which is explained below. From either view you can click into any Conversation, view Guest Details in the sidebar or use Inbox Filters to find a specific conversation.
Although your Cortado AI inbox regularly syncs with your PMS inbox, there may be a lag of several minutes between a message hitting your PMS and the message showing up in your Cortado inbox.
