# Overview

## Overview

Your inbox is the nerve center of your operations, allowing you to monitor all guest conversations and the activity of your AI Agents. 

Your inbox has two main view: **All Messages** and a more-focused **Unresolved** view, which is explained in the [Resolved vs Unresolved](/cortado-ai-docs/inbox/resolved-vs-unresolved.md) page in this section. From your Inbox, you can click into any **Conversation**, view reservation details and sentiment in the **Guest Sidebar** or use **Inbox Filters** to find a specific conversation.
