Purple response indicates that the AI has enough information to respond and didn't encounter a sensitive topic, while red responses indicate that the AI either lacked adequate information to respond, or else encountered an auto-flag topic (such as a maintenance request or complaint). See the page for more details on message flagging.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your and select a listing.

  2. Click Settings

  3. Select your preferred tone and enter a question in the messaging Sandbox.

  4. Wait for your AI Agent to generate a response!

Purple responses mean the AI can respond automatically to a question, while red responses indicate that the AI would have routed the guest message to the host for human intervention.
