Overview

Once you've Synced your PMS and Uploaded your Listing Info Packets, your AI Agents are ready for testing! Follow the steps below to take your AI for a spin, or check out the AI Sandbox page to learn more.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Listing Knowledgebase and select a listing.

  2. Click Settings

  3. Select your preferred tone and enter a question in the messaging Sandbox.

  4. Wait for your AI Agent to generate a response!

If your AI cannot answer a question or encounters a sensitive topic, it will highlight its response in red. Read through our detailed AI Sandbox and Route to Host pages for more details.
