Building and uploading Listing Info Packets
Overview
Once you've Synced your PMS, the final step is to fill out your AI Agents' knowledge with Listing Info Packets. These packets serve as a catch-all for any information that is not already available through your PMS, and help give your AI a fuller picture of your listings.

Navigate to your Listings Knowledgebase
Select a listing
Click Documents or Upload file
Drag and drop a new packet
Wait for the upload to complete and click Save
It may take several minutes for a new Listing Info Packet to ingest. If you see an error, wait 5-10 minutes before messaging the AI again or uploading a new packet.
