Connecting to Hostaway

Step 1: Go to Cortado’s Integration Page

The Cortado Integrations page can be reached at any time by visiting: https://app.cortado-ai.com/pms-integration

1. Log into your Cortado web app and navigate to the Cortado Integrations page.

1. Select “Hostaway” and click “Sync Data.”

2. You will be redirected to the Hostaway Integration page, where you will be asked to enter your API ID & Key (see below).

Step 2: Generate a new Hostaway API key

You can access your Hostaway API page directly by visiting the link below:

https://dashboard.hostaway.com/settings/hostaway-api

1. In a separate tab, log into your Hostaway dashboard

2. Navigate to Settings using the left side-bar

3. Click “Hostaway API” from the top selection bar

4. Once on the Hostaway API page, click “Create” to create a new API key

5. Enter a name for your key (e.g., “Cortado Key”) and select Cortado AI in the Partner field

6. You will see the following screen with your Account ID and API Key. Save both before exiting the window.

IMPORTANT - Do not exit this window without saving your Account ID and API Key.

Step 3: Enter your Hostaway API Key

Once you have completed Step 2 and saved your Hostaway Account ID and API Key, return to Cortado’s Integration page a

1. Once you have your Hostaway Account ID and API Key, return to Cortado’s Hostaway Integration Page

2. Enter your Client ID in the top field and the API Key in the bottom field

3. Click Connect

4. You will be automatically redirected to your Cortado Inbox. The inbox may take a few minutes to populate fully.

Note that syncing for the first time (especially for larger portfolios) may take up to 30 minutes.
