Overview

The Conversation View is your main interface for messaging your guests, utilizing AI-Generated Drafts and viewing your AI's activity. You can access this view at any time by clicking into a particular conversation from your main inbox view.

Monitor your AI Responses

From the Conversation View, you can easily monitor your AI's activity by checking from messages with AI Autopilot as the sender name. This indicates that the message was sent by your AI Autopilot in response to an incoming guest message or a scheduled upsell.

Draft an AI Response

No matter what AI Mode is set, you can always use your AI Agents to generate a draft response from the Conversation View. Just click the Generate AI Message button at the bottom of the text field and watch the magic happen!

Once the response has been generated, you can click into the text pane to edit the AI draft to your liking.
