Conversation View
Click into a conversation to view AI drafts and respond to your guests
Overview
From your main Inbox view, you can search for and select any existing conversation with a guest. Selecting the conversation will open the Conversation View, which displays the conversation messages, as well as several useful tools to help you respond to your guest.
📝 Drafting Pane
Your Drafting Pane contains both human-drafted and AI-drafted messages. Immediately below the Drafting Pane, there are two buttons: Edit Message with AI and Redraft Response.
🪶 Edit Message with AI
The Edit Message with AI button will open up an instructions pane below the Drafting Pane, where you can add instructions for your AI to redraft a response. For example, you could say something like "The garage code is 2048" if your AI wasn't sure of the passkey, or "Make this more polite" to use AI as your anger interpreter.
♻️ Redraft Response
The Redraft Response button will re-run the full AI pipeline, taking the most recent guest message as its input. Please note that re-running the full pipeline will take 30-60 seconds.
🙋♀️ Conversation Ownership
To prevent multiple human users from responding to the same guest, a Conversation is "claimed" any time a human user clicks into the Drafting Pane. A claimed conversation cannot be edited by another user without "claiming" the conversation from the current owner. This can be done easily by clicking the Claim Draft button in the drafting pane, which appears any time another user has claimed the conversation.
