AI Modes

How to toggle between Autopilot and Suggest mode.

Overview

You can set your AI Agents in one of two modes: Autopilot or Suggest. AI Agents in Autopilot mode will attempt to answer all incoming guest messages, while those in Suggest mode will only suggest responses, which require human approval before sending.

🤖 Autopilot Mode

When in Autopilot Mode, your AI will attempt to answer all incoming guest messages for a given listing. Occasionally while in Autopilot mode, your AI will route an incoming guest message to you for human intervention.

✍️ Suggest Mode

When in Suggest Mode, your AI will not attempt to respond to incoming guest messages. Instead, you will need to navigate to the Conversation View and click Generate AI Message to generate a draft response.
