Listing View

A drilled-down view of a single listing and all of the data its AI Agents have access to.

Overview

Clicking into a listing from the All Listings View accesses a single Listing View, which displays all of the listing data pulled from your PMS, allows you to adjust your AI Settings for that listing and upload Listing Info Packets.

You can toggle between various listing sections using the dropdown in the top-left corner:

Listing Sections

There are four key sections within your Listing View: General Listing Information, Points of Interest & Transportation, Policies & Rules and AI Settings.

General Listing Information

This section displays basic information on your listing like listing descriptions, amenities and key stats such as # bedrooms and bathrooms.

The information in this section is pulled from your PMS automatically and cannot be adjust within the Cortado AI app.

Points of Interest & Transportation

This section displays information on the listing's neighborhood, transportation options and local points of interest.

The information in this section is pulled from your PMS automatically and cannot be adjust within the Cortado AI app.

Policies & Rules

This section displays information on your listing's base policies and rules.

The information in this section is pulled from your PMS automatically and cannot be adjust within the Cortado AI app.
