
AI Tones
Adjust your AI's tone in the AI settings page
Overview
Your AI Agents come with two preset tones: Friendly and Formal. The main difference between these tones is the use of either the guest's first name (Friendly) or last name + formal honorific (Formal). We recommend trying out both tones before settling on one for a particular listing.
Either of these tones can be applied to a listing through the AI Settings page at any time.
๐ Friendly Tone
When using the Friendly tone, your AI Agent will address the guest using their first name (when available), and will utilize a friendly, professional tone during their interactions. The Friendly tone is best-suited for vacation rentals, apart-hotels and more relaxed boutique hotels.
๐ค Formal Tone
When using the Formal Tone, your AI Agent will address the guest using their last name + formal honorific (Mx., Mr., Ms.), and will utilize a formal, professional tone best suited to large hotels and higher-end stays.
