View all of your listings and their AI Mode in a single place. Sort easily with Listing Filters.

Overview

Your Knowledgebase is where you will control the AI settings and upload Listing Info Packets for all of your listings. The main interface within your Knowledgebase is the All Listings View, where you can easily monitor your listings' connectivity, AI mode and other core details.

AI Mode & Connectivity Status

You can view the AI Mode and Connectivity Status for a particular listing by scrolling all the way to the right in the All Listings view.

Listing Filters

Easily find the listing you are searching for by clicking the Filters button at the top of the All Listings View, selecting a filter options and setting your preferences. You can stack as many filters as you'd like to narrow down the conversations displayed.

Listing Display

You can adjust the columns displayed in the All Listings View by clicking on the Display button at the top of your screen. Easily toggle columns on and off to adjust the display to your liking.
