Changing your Password

Directions for changing your Cortado AI account password.

Overview

Lost or forgotten password? You can easily reset your password at any time using the directions below.

Steps

1. On your computer, go to https://app.cortado-ai.com. You should see the login page shown below.

1. You should see the words "Forgot password" below the Password field. Click Forgot password and you should be taken to the following screen:

1. Enter your email and click Send code. You should receive a temporary code via email that can be used to reset your password.

2. You will be prompted to create a new password. Be sure to save it somewhere safe for future use.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number, 1 special character, 1 uppercase letter and 1 lowercase letter.
