Overview

Your Guest Sidebar contains key reservation, guest and sentiment analysis details. It can be accessed from anywhere in the Inbox by clicking the Guest Sidebar icon in the top-right of your Inbox View.

🎭 Sentiment Analysis

Of all the details shown in the Guest Sidebar, the Sentiment Analysis is the probably most useful. The Guest Sentiment for a specific guest can be viewed in the Mood section of the Guest Sidebar, as well as from the dedicated Guest Sentiment graph.

How is Guest Sentiment calculated?

Each time a new guest message is received, your AI will perform an analysis of the entire conversation and give a Guest Sentiment score from 1 - 5 to the incoming message (where 1 = Very Unhappy and 5 = Very Happy).

More recent Guest Sentiment scores are also weighted more highly than older message scores, as we want the Guest Sentiment to closely match the current mood of the guest, regardless of their prior experiences.
