How to upload a Listing Info Packet
Follow the steps below to add a Listing Info Packet to one of your listings
Steps to add an Info Packet
Navigate to your Listings Knowledgebase
Select a listing
Click Documents or Upload file
Drag and drop a new packet
Wait for the upload to complete and click Save
It may take several minutes for a new Listing Info Packet to ingest. If you see an error, wait 5-10 minutes before trying again.
