Inbox Filters

Narrow down your inbox view using both quick and fine-toothed inbox filters

Overview

Utilize Inbox Filters to quickly sort messages by listing, reservation stage, AI tags and more (please note that we are deprecating the Search bar in favor of these filters).

Quick Filters: All Messages & Needs Attention

You can quickly toggle between the All Messages view and Needs Attention view from your main Inbox page. Selecting All Messages will display just that: all messages currently in your Inbox. The Needs Attention view will only display conversations that have been flagged for human intervention by your AI Agents (see Route to Host for more details).

Fine-toothed Filters

You can access more fine-toothed filters by clicking on the Filters button at the top of your inbox, selecting a filter option and setting your preferences. You can stack as many filters as you'd like to narrow down the conversations displayed.
