Guest Details

View a guest's reservation details using the Guest Sidebar

Overview

You can view a guest's reservation details at any time from the Inbox View by clicking the Guest Sidebar button or using hot-keys.

Steps

1. Ensure you are in the Inbox View

2. From the Inbox View, access the Guest Sidebar by clicking the button at the upper right or using the right bracket hot-key: ]

3. Navigate between guests by using the up and down arrows on your keyboard.
