Email & SMS Notifications

How to set up email and SMS notifications for your Cortado AI account.

Your SMS and email will default to the values set on your account during sign-up. To change these, please contact Cortado AI support at support@cortado-ai.com

Steps

  1. Using your left-hand sidebar, navigate to .

  2. Check that your email and phone number are correct (please contact support if you need to change these).

  3. Toggle email and SMS notifications On or Off.

    • Please note that the Reminder field is not currently supported.

  4. Click Update to save your settings
