Setup email, SMS and Slack notifications from a single page.

Overview

Cortado AI supports user notifications via email, SMS and Slack (beta). Notifications are sent via the selected channels whenever your AI flags a conversation as Needs Attention. You can then access the conversation via Cortado AI's web app or your existing PMS to respond.

Steps (Email & SMS)

Your SMS and email will default to the values set on your account during sign-up. To change these, please contact Cortado AI support at [e-mail]

1. Using your left-hand sidebar, navigate to Workspace Settings.

2. Check that your email and phone number are correct (please contact support if you need to change these).

3. Toggle email and SMS notifications On or Off.

   • Please note that the Reminder field is not currently supported.

4. Click Update to save your settings
