Overview

Your inbox is the nerve center of your operations, allowing you to monitor all guest conversations and the activity of your AI Agents. Your inbox has two main view: All Messages and a more-focused Unresolved view, which is explained below. From either view you can click into any Conversation, view reservation details and sentiment in the Guest Sidebar or use Inbox Filters to find a specific conversation.
