Create a Note
Manually create a note and assign it to one or more listings
To create a new note manually, just click Create Note, choose which Listings to apply it to and click Publish to make it available to your AI Agents.
🌎 Global Notes
Global Notes are applied to all Listings, including new Listings added after the note was written. We recommend using Global Notes only for global policies and information (such as host contact information or a global smoking policy).
🏘️ Assigning a Note to Multiple Listings
To assign a note to multiple listings, simply click the Listings button at the bottom of the Note drafting pane. You can also filter through Listings by clicking the expand button at the bottom of the list (as shown in the video below).

✅ Publishing Notes
Notes have two statuses: Published and Draft. While Draft Notes are saved in your Notebook, they are not available to your AI Agents. To make a Note available to your AI, you must set its status to Published.
How do I write a good Note?
Writing an AI-friendly Note is easy, but there are some important guidelines to keep in mind:
Atomic — Good Notes should be atomic; that is, they don't mix unrelated information (e.g., Pet Fees and Parking Details).
Specific — Good Notes are specific; they describe exactly how to access an amenity, or when a certain policy applies. They do not mix information across listings or contain contradictory information.
Descriptive — Good Notes include as many details as possible about the mentioned amenity, policy, etc. Your AI can read through your Notebook in milliseconds, so don't be afraid to pack in the information here!

This note is atomic (only related to laundry), specific and gives a clear description of how to get to the laundry room, when it is available and how to acquire detergent & dryer sheets.
Pine Ridge Cabins Laundry
Guests are welcome to use our complimentary laundry facilities at Pine Ridge Cabins:
Location: The laundry room is located on the basement level of the main Lodge building. From the Lodge lobby, take the elevator or staircase to the basement level (marked "B"), and proceed down the hallway. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway on your left, and is clearly marked "Laundry."
Hours: The laundry room is unlocked and available to guests all days of the week from 6AM until 10PM. Outside of those hours, the laundry room is used by our cleaning team and unavailable for guest use.
Detergent & Dryer Sheets: Feel free to use your own, or purchase them from the front desk in the lobby! We also sell bleach and Tide pens for bigger messes.
⛔ Example of a bad Note
This Note mixes information across listings, leaves major gaps in the laundry service description and includes unrelated information about the host's cleaning fees.
Laundry
Laundry is available in the basement if you're at Pine Ridge, but there's no guest laundry at Willow Lofts. Talk to the Pine Ridge front desk about detergent and laundry hours. Any stains on towels or linens will incur a $50 restocking fee. Pets that you don't clear with us will incur a $500 pet cleaning fee, so don't sneak em in!
