# Background Note Generation

Even after you generate an initial set of Notes for your Listings, your AI is able to detect and fill in gaps in your Notebook based on new guest conversations. This is called **Continuous Learning** and is visible to users as new AI-generated Notes in your Notebook.

### How does it work?

Background Note Generation happens in three steps:

1. **Detect Missing Info —** First, missing information is detected and recorded by the AI
2. **Read Host Response** — When a host response is detected, your AI reviews your response to see if it provides the missing information
3. **Generate Note —** If missing information is detected, your AI will write a new Note and add it to your Notebook

All AI-generated notes are automatically screened for conflicts and duplicates within existing Listing Notes. If any conflicts or overlaps are detected, they are automatically flagged for human review, and the new **Note** will be saved as a **Draft**.
