Autoresolve Conversations

Allow your AI to Autoresolve conversations when a host response is detected

When enabled, the Autoresolve Conversations feature allows your AI Agents to automatically mark conversations as Resolved when a host response is detected. Since your AI is blocked from responding to Unresolved conversations, we highly recommend enabling this feature, as it will substantially increase AI response rates.
