AI Settings
Adjust your AI Agent's mode, tone, response buffer and more from a single interface
Clicking on a listing opens up the AI Settings pane for that listing. You can also select multiple listings to edit at once by using the multi-select, as shown below.

Each of these settings can be adjusted and published by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the AI Settings pane.
By default, any changes to your Listing's Agent Mode will not be pushed to existing conversations, since individual conversations can be set to different AI Modes than their parents listing. To apply an Agent Mode to all existing conversations, be sure to toggle on Update Existing Conversations before clicking Save.
